What you get

Everything a senior specialist does, start to finish.

No junior handover. The person who audits your account is the person who runs it.

  • Account audit and rebuild. Structure, keywords, match types, bidding and negative keywords, rebuilt around how your customers search.
  • Conversion tracking. Google Ads conversions, GA4 and enhanced conversions, plus calls and form leads. For lead businesses, we can feed booked jobs or closed sales back to Google, so it bids for the leads that become revenue.
  • Search campaigns. Built around searches with buying intent, with ads written and tested by us.
  • Shopping and Performance Max. Product feed checks, products grouped by margin and best sellers, and brand searches kept separate.
  • YouTube and Demand Gen. Only when the numbers support it. We’ll tell you if they don’t.
  • Landing page advice. What to change on the pages your ads point to. Landing page builds are part of the Partner package.
  • Budget management. Spend moved every week to the campaigns that bring sales or enquiries.
  • A weekly plain-language note. What we spent, what it returned and what we’re changing next, plus a live dashboard you can check any time.

Who we help

Built for two kinds of business.

Ecommerce and Shopify brands

You sell online and need Google to bring sales at a profit, not just traffic. We run Shopping and Performance Max with a clean product feed, keep brand searches separate, and judge every campaign on the sales in your Shopify, not only on what Google reports. Return on ad spend (the revenue you get back for each dollar spent) is the number we manage to.

Service businesses and tradies

You need the phone to ring with jobs worth taking. We target the searches people make when they’re ready to book, in the suburbs you actually service, and track calls and forms back to the ad that brought them. Cost per lead (what it costs to get one enquiry) is the number we manage to, and we watch which leads turn into jobs.

Proof

What a fast start looks like on Google.

A fashion label came to us with Google Ads running but no clear structure. We rebuilt the account in the first week. Here’s the three weeks after the rebuild, compared with the three weeks before.

ResultA fashion label we work with. Three weeks after our rebuild, against the three weeks before.

$34.4Kfrom Google ads, almost 4× the period before

  • Spend roughly doubled, to $3.2K
  • Every $1 on Google now brings back $10.80

Same account, same products. The difference was structure, tracking and where the budget went.

How it works

From audit to scale.

Month to month, no lock-in. Your Google Ads account, tracking and data stay in your name.

  1. Step One

    Audit

We go through your account, tracking and landing pages with view-only access, and show you where money is leaking. You keep the findings either way.

    Week 1
  2. Step Two

    Build

Tracking fixed first, so every decision after it is based on real numbers. Then campaign structure, keywords, negatives, ads and product feed.

    Weeks 2–3
  3. Step Three

    Launch

Campaigns go live on controlled budgets while bidding learns from clean data.

    Week 4
  4. Step Four

    Scale

Weekly search term reviews, ad tests and bid changes. Budget moves to what’s working, and you get a plain-language note every week.

Pricing

A flat fee, not a cut of your spend.

Many Google Ads agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend. Their fee goes up when your spend goes up, whether your results do or not. We charge one flat monthly fee, agreed up front, set by your ad spend and the number of campaigns we run. If we can get you more for less spend, we’re paid the same.

Google Ads questions we get.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

One flat monthly fee, set by your ad spend and the number of campaigns we run. You get the exact figure on the discovery call, before you commit to anything. Your ad spend is paid straight to Google, not through us.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

For Search, we suggest at least $2,000 a month in ad spend so tests reach a useful sample. Some markets need more, because clicks cost more. The audit shows what clicks cost in your market and what’s realistic for your goals.

How long until Google Ads work?

Search ads can bring enquiries within days of going live. Treat the first month as collecting clean data. Most of the improvement comes in months two and three, as we cut waste and move budget to what’s working.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. Every account, conversion action and audience is set up in your name. You give us access, and you can remove it any time.

Can you take over an account another agency set up?

Yes. We keep your account’s history, because it holds years of data that help bidding. If your current agency owns the account, we’ll walk you through getting it moved into your name first.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. We work month to month.

Will a junior run my account?

No. The people on your first call are the people who run your ads, write your reports and pick up the phone.

Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?

No. We’re based in Brisbane and run Google Ads for businesses across Australia.

Do it yourself

Where budgets leak. Check yours today.

Most accounts we audit aren’t short of budget. They’re paying for the wrong clicks. If you run your own Google Ads, these six checks find the most common leaks in a few minutes.

  1. 01

Check Performance Max isn’t buying your brand name

Open your Performance Max campaign and go to Insights, then Search terms. If your business name is near the top, Performance Max is taking credit for people who were already looking for you. Add a brand exclusion in the campaign settings, and run your brand name in its own small Search campaign so you can see what it really costs.

  2. 02

Read your search terms every week

Go to Insights and reports, then Search terms. These are the actual searches your ads showed for. Anything that would never buy from you (“free“, “jobs“, “how to“, the wrong suburb or product) goes on your negative keyword list.

  3. 03

Make sure your ads only show where you work

In campaign settings, open Locations, then Location options. The default shows ads to people “in, or interested in” your area, which includes people on the other side of the country. Switch it to “Presence: people in or regularly in your targeted locations“.

  4. 04

Turn off the extras on Search campaigns

New Search campaigns include the Search Partners and Display networks by default. That sends some of your budget to websites and apps you didn’t choose. Untick both in the campaign’s Networks setting unless you’ve tested them and they work for you.

  5. 05

Check what Google counts as a conversion

Go to Goals, then Conversions, then Summary. Only real sales, calls and enquiries should be set as primary. Page views and “add to cart” can stay as secondary, so Google sees them without bidding for them. For lead forms, count one conversion per click, not every submission.

  6. 06

    Switch off auto-applied recommendations

Under Recommendations, open Auto-apply. Some settings let Google add keywords, change bidding or broaden match types without asking you. Turn off anything that changes how your money is spent.

If you’d rather we checked, the free audit covers all six and more, and you keep the findings either way.
