ATTN Media (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the booking form we collect your name, email address, website and monthly ad spend range, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use analytics cookies that record how you use the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Without your consent we do not set analytics cookies.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call.
- To provide, improve and secure our website and services.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, but only if you accept analytics cookies.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, form handling, email and analytics providers (for example Wix and Google). They may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights
